According to the owner and CEO of Prodamus Roman Mamutkin, the decision to buy AXL is due to the fact that Prodamus was completely disconnected from the popular platform for creating online schools Getcourse on August 15, alerts about this appeared in personal accounts in July 2023.

The representative of Prodamus clarified that the company intends to invest another 300 million rubles in the technological development of AXL, the expansion of the team and its promotion.

Prodamus specializes in integration services for the websites of online schools of payment systems (Mir, Mastercard, Visa, etc.), as well as electronic settlement systems (Qiwi, Webmoney, etc.). The international platform AXL creates functionality for users to launch online schools (by August 2023, there are about 3.7 thousand of them on the platform).

According to SPARK-Interfax, quoted by the newspaper on August 16, 2023, Dmitry Yurchenko is the sole owner of 10Kh IT Solutions LLC (Russian legal entity AXL). But AXL explained that in addition to his share in the asset, Yurchenko also nominally owns in it the share of the second co-owner of the company - Daniil Musatov.
