History

2018: $412.5m General Assembly purchase

In mid-April 2018, Adecco Group announced the acquisition of the General Assembly educational project for $412.5 million, taking into account the debts of the latter. Analysts believe that the price is overpriced, but the deal has great potential for the buyer. Read more here.

2014

As of 2014, Adecco Group is an international company providing solutions in the field of personnel management. Adecco offers services such as recruiting permanent and providing temporary staff, staff withdrawals, HR consulting, and more. The company has more than 5,100 offices in 60 + countries. Adecco's workforce includes more than 31,000 permanent employees. Over 650,000 temporary Adecco employees work daily for the company's customers.

2002: Entering the Russian market.

Since 2002, Adecco, continuing to expand its presence in the world, has added another country to its global network - Russia. Adecco Group Russia became a subsidiary of the company in Russia.

1996: Education of Adecco

Adecco was formed in 1996 as a result of the merger of the Swiss company Adia Interim and the French company Ecco.
