Administration of the Uglegorsk urban district

The Administration of the Uglegorsk City District (the legal successor of the administration of the Uglegorsk Municipal District) is the executive and administrative body of local self-government of the Uglegorsk City District and is vested in the Charter^{[1] [2]} powers to resolve issues of local importance and powers to exercise certain state powers transferred to local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Sakhalin Region].
