2024: Creating a digital double of the head of the city to communicate with residents

The administration Yoshkar-Ola in early December 2024 digital twin introduced the heads of the city social network in "" Vkontakte to optimize the processing of citizens' appeals and increase the efficiency of communication with the population.

According to TASS, the new technology will allow municipal employees and deputies to process more requests from citizens by automating feedback processes.

The head of the city district - Acting Chairman of the Assembly of Deputies of the city district Lev Pokrovsky stressed that modern information technologies help to more effectively solve the main task of the deputy corps for prompt response to the requests of city residents.

The head of the Center for the Development of Digital Technologies Mari El, adviser to the mayor of Yoshkar-Ola on digital transformation, IT developer Sergei Yakunin noted that the implemented system is the first stage in creating an Internet reception using algorithms for accelerated information processing.

The project is planned to be developed further with the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies to expand the functionality of the digital twin. The use of advanced information technologies is aimed at improving the quality of interaction between the city administration and the population.

The digital twin is a new media content format integrated into the popular social network. The system allows you to automate the process of processing citizens' requests, reduce the time spent waiting for responses to requests and increase the number of processed applications.

The introduction of the digital twin is part of a program of digital transformation of municipal management aimed at improving the efficiency of urban services and improving the quality of service to the population using modern technological solutions.[1]
