Administration of the city of Novokuznetsk

The administration of the city of Novokuznetsk (Novokuznetsk city district of the Kemerovo region - Kuzbass) is the executive and administrative body of the city district, endowed with powers to resolve issues of local importance and powers to exercise certain state powers transferred to local governments by federal laws and laws of the Kemerovo region. The powers of the city administration exercising municipal control include:

• organization and implementation of municipal control in the territory of the urban district;
• development of administrative regulations for the implementation of municipal control in the relevant areas of activity, the development and adoption of which is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Kemerovo region;
• organization and monitoring of the effectiveness of municipal control in the relevant areas of activity, the indicators and methodology of which are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;
• implementation of other powers provided for by federal laws, laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Kemerovo Region The^[1]
