Agency for housing mortgage lending across the Tyumen region (AHML)

JSC AHML across the Tyumen Region is created in May, 2006 according to the decision of the Government of the Tyumen region.

A founder and the owner of 100% of stocks is the Tyumen region on behalf of the Property Relations Department of the Tyumen region.

According to the Agreement "About cooperation with the Regional operator" No. 02-06/632 of 10/25/2006 JSC Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending across the Tyumen Region is the Regional operator of JSC Agency for housing mortgage lending (Moscow) created by the Government of the Russian Federation according to which the Agency is given the status of the Regional operator on development of a system of long-term housing lending in the Tyumen region.

Activities

Activities of JSC AHML across the Tyumen Region:

• Issue of mortgage loans to the population according to standards of AHML and refinancing of the credits issued to the population by banks.
• Construction of residential complexes in Tyumen and in the territory of the South of the area (Ishim, Zavodoukovsk). Apartment houses in monolithic and in monolithic and frame execution, apartments with "turnkey" finishing, a different design. For 2016 JSC AHML across the Tyumen Region - already in the first five of builders of housing across the Tyumen region. A main objective of this direction – affordable housing from the builder and providing a mortgage loan on apartments with a flexible interest rate.
