2019: Information on creation of the company by the former head of VimpelCom

At the beginning of August, 2019 it became known of creation of Agenda.Video company which Mikhail Slobodin develops with other former top managers of VimpelCom.

Mikhail Slobodin who left Russia after an institution of case against him about bribery at the end of March, 2019 was noticed at the B2B Marketing Expo business conference in London, two participants at the event told RBC.

According to them, the former head of VimpelCom represented there Agenda.Video company which is engaged in digital marketing and creates advertizing videos for social networks. The project positions itself as "Uber for video" and manages a team of video editors.

As found out the edition, at the time of creation of the company in December, 2017 more than 75% of its stocks belonged to Anna Bleyer who is considered Slobodin's wife. In October, 2018 Mikhail Gerchuk — the former chairman of the board of directors of VimpelCom became the only owner of Agenda.Video. Since 2017 Oleg Barmin — the ex-head of service of social networks of VimpelCom appears the director of the company.

On  the official site of Agenda.Video there is a subsection "Blogs" in  which several posts are written by the person under the alias Michael Freedom. On  an avatar of the blogger there is a photo of the person in  which some of  acquaintances with  Slobodin personally the person recognized him.

Mikhail Slobodin confirmed to RBC that initially the idea of the Agenda.Video project really belonged to it, but afterwards he sold it to Mikhail Gerchuk and now only helps it "with the informal mode and without any payment".

Mikhail Gerchuk  is not that person who "frontut", he really is engaged in this project and is his absolute, absolutely real beneficiary and the director  — Slobodin reported.

According to him, he "sold" the idea of this startup to Mikhail Gerchuk who "looked for something interesting".[1]
