2025: Launch of a new pork plant in the Tula region for ₽10 billion

The AgroEco group of companies has launched the second stage of the Kimovsky pig breeding complex in the Tula region with an investment of more than ₽10 billion, designed to contain 50 thousand pigs and produce 10 thousand tons of pork per year. A high-tech enterprise with maximum automation of all processes, including animal feeding, will create 70 new jobs in the Kimovsky district of the region. 2024: Purchase of the Rusmit group

One of the largest pork producers in Russia, the Agroeko group of companies, has completed the purchase of the assets of its competitor, the Rusmit group of companies. The deal was officially confirmed on September 19, 2024. As part of this acquisition, Agroeco strengthens its position in the market, while focusing on the biosecurity of production sites. Details of the transaction, including its value, were not disclosed, however, according to the estimates of the Veta expert group, it may amount to several annual revenues of the acquired company, which is estimated in the range of ₽12- ₽18 billion.
