2026: Food delivery service "Nam Yam" bought "Agrofud"

On January 12, 2026, the Nam Nyam ready-made food delivery service acquired an industrial complex in the Moscow region to develop its own production. The transaction cost amounted to 100 million rubles. Information about the bidding was discovered by Kommersant in the state register of bankruptcies on Fedresurs.

The structure of the Nam Nyam service, NVN Trade and Production Company LLC, won the auction for the sale of property of the bankrupt Agrofud LLC. The company acquired a land plot of 5.9 hectares and unfinished objects - buildings of future sausage production and a warehouse with a total area of 6.2 thousand square meters. m.

The facility is located in the village of Parfentievo, Kolomensky District, Moscow Region. According to the Kartoteka.ru service, the founders of the Agrofud company were the ex-head of the Kolomensky district Boris Polynsky and the Hungarian entrepreneur Janos Diekitzki. The founder of the NVN Trade and Production Company is Viktor Nam.

According to Stanislav Mudrov, partner in assessing the business and assets of the Neo consulting company, the acquisition price is significantly lower than the market price, taking into account the fact that the object is located in an industrial zone with a developed infrastructure.

According to Anna Vasilyeva, project manager at Strategy Partners, maintaining the profile of the sausage factory is unlikely. Pavel Lyulin, vice president of the Union of Shopping Centers, agrees with her, who believes that the asset has been acquired for re-profiling into a production and logistics center. According to him, the costs of completing and reformatting the complex can range from 500 million to 1.2 billion rubles.

Pavel Lyulin considers the purchase of his own large asset as a strategic stage for quality control, reducing costs and increasing capacity. However, the remoteness of the facility from the Moscow Ring Road can create difficulties with logistics and attracting personnel, Anna Vasilyeva believes. Stanislav Mudrov adds that manufacturers of ready-made food usually place production closer to the consumer to ensure freshness of products.[1]
