2025: Nationalization

One of the largest sanatoriums in Crimea - the Ai-Danil complex in Yalta - became state-owned in December 2024. The market value of the object, according to experts, can reach ₽10 billion. The sanatorium was transferred to the balance sheet of the Federal Property Management Agency and is managed by the federal state enterprise Yasen. This became known on April 25, 2025.

According to RBC, the transfer of property occurred as a result of the execution of a state contract for the purchase of a sanatorium-resort health complex in federal ownership. Information about the change of ownership is contained in the statements of the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN). According to the documents, the previous owner was LLC "Sanatorium-Resort Health Complex (SKOK)" Ai-Danil, "which at the end of November 2024 transferred the property of the sanatorium to three individuals. Their rights to the facility were terminated on December 4, 2024.

Sanatorium "Ai-Danil" in Yalta nationalized

FKP "Yasen," which manages the sanatorium, specializes in the sale of released movable military property and the provision of services for the sale of movable property to state and commercial organizations for commission fees. At the end of January 2025, the company applied for the registration of the Ai-Danil trademark.

The sanatorium complex is located 12 km from Yalta in the village of Danilovka on the Black Sea. It includes residential buildings ("main" and "sea" with 307 rooms), a SPA center, a swimming pool, a diagnostic center, a sports complex and a beach. The complex has a land plot of 19.4 hectares, on which there is a relict juniper forest - a monument of garden and park art since 1998. Red book species grow here: juniper, small-fruited strawberry, stupid pistachio, as well as fluffy oak and Crimean pine.[1]
