2025: Nationalization

In December 2025, the court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on the transfer of four companies and their assets to the state on the territory of New Moscow. We are talking about the structures "Airplane-Maryino-1," "Airplane-Maryino-2," "Airplane-Maryino-3" and "Airplane-Maryino-4," which own land with a total area of more than 137 hectares in Maryino.

According to the investigation and the general prosecutor's office, these companies were controlled by the Latvian bank Rietumu and were used to withdraw funds and create artificial debt in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles. As part of the court decision, 100% of the shares of these companies apply to the income of the state, and the pledges imposed in favor of foreign structures are withdrawn. Control over assets passes to the Federal Property Management Agency.

Moscow "Quarter Maryino" nationalized

One of the key assets is the Kvartal Maryino residential complex under construction, which is being built on a 45.6 hectare site owned by Samolet-Maryino-1. In the first stage of the project, it is planned to build 2.5 thousand apartments, the commissioning of which is planned for 2026. The level of sales under this asset according to the declarations amounted to 79-86%.

According to the Fontanka newspaper, the general contractor at the facility is SR Stroy LLC, a subsidiary of Samolet Group of Companies. However, in fact, the developer - LLC Samolet-Maryino-1 - was never part of the developer. Since its inception, the company has belonged to structures connected through the pledge of shares with Latvian capital, and later came under the control of the Cypriot company Ralken Limited, affiliated with Rietumu Banka. A similar ownership scheme through a share pledge applied to three other companies.

The state is also transferring related assets related to the Latvian bank in the Moscow region: a business center in Zhukovka, a production site and a car dealership in Chernaya Gryazi, as well as the Novomoskovsky Technopark.[1]
