2023: Training Centre Launch

In early July 2023, Alabuga Polytech College Tatarstan announced the launch of the largest Russia drone training center in the center, which provides an opportunity to master the Aeronautics and Programming profile UAV for graduates of grades 9-11. As reported in the Telegram channel of the educational institution, training in the center will be carried out according to the dual system: work + college education.

The college noted that from the first year, students are officially employed and hone their skills in the production of Albatross under the guidance of mentor engineers. Training for future specialists is free, preferential accommodation is provided. At the same time, wages can be up to 70 thousand rubles. The center will train the assembly of Autel Dragon Fish drones.

Russia's largest drone training center launched

According to the federal project "Personnel for unmanned aircraft systems," which was developed by the Ministry of Education and Science, for the training of specialists in the development and use of drones in 2024-2030. 57.7 billion rubles will be allocated from the federal budget, of which 5.3 billion rubles - in 2024. The main goal of the federal project is to create a system for continuous training of specialists in the development, production and operation of unmanned aircraft systems and control over the level of qualification of such specialists, the document says, excerpts from which are provided by Vedomosti.

The draft program assumes that the number of educational organizations of general and secondary vocational education, where programs in the field of unmanned aviation are being implemented, should grow from 30 to 240 by 2030. And the number of citizens enrolled in such programs during the same period is from 10,000 to 170,000 people. The number of universities with such educational programs over the same period should increase from 20 to 240, and the number of students on such programs - from 20,000 to 180,000.^[1]
