2025: Tymlat fish factory bought "Alaid"
Tymlat Fish Plant LLC (TRK, part of the Salmonica group) became the owner of the fish miner Alaid LLC (Sakhalin), which was flooded by tsunami waves after the earthquake in July 2025. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in October 2025. Before the transaction, the main beneficiary of the company was Sergey Bachin (directly and through Organik Project LLC).
