According to information for October, 2020 the company is engaged in development of professional software tools of the corporate level for management of IT services and IT assets, including program assets (ITSM\ITAM\SAM) and also for management of services of the enterprises outside the IT sector (Enterprise Service Management).

The company releases versions of web and mobile applications. Implementation of cloud solutions (SaaS) is available.

Technical support of customers, since a test stage (after obtaining test licenses), appears according to SLA.

Corporate training is provided according to the individual program that allows to reduce the term of transition to the Alloy Software tools.

In 2020 Alloy Software entered ITSM Forum Rus with the purpose to make the contribution to development Russian the practician of management of IT services and IT assets.

2004: The number of clients reached 3 thousand.

In 2004 the number of the acting clients of Alloy Software reached 3000.

2003: Opening of office of development in St. Petersburg

In 2003 opening of office of development in the Russian Federation (St. Petersburg) - Vista Soft LLC companies took place.

2002: Foundation of Alloy Software

In 2002 the Alloy Software company in the USA (New Jersey) was founded.
