Meat production in half-ears at the end of the year also increased by 30%, to 29.1 thousand tons. At the same time, Alsha-Meat continues to develop processing segments for other alterations: at the end of the year, it increased the production of lump and block products, sausages and semi-finished products by 41%, to 4.1 thousand tons.
