2018: Work with Google in drafts of the analysis of medical data

In April, 2018 the Google corporation announced attraction to cooperation of the largest community of the doctors for the purpose of solving of tasks connected with collecting and the analysis of medical data.

Partnership of Google and American medical association (  American Medical Association, AMA) it was announced on April 10, 2018. Through joint efforts they will develop technologies of work with medical information.

Besides, partners will be engaged in search of "the best new ideas for assistance to data exchange using devices of monitoring of health". The ideas can consist in use of mobile applications or wearable electronics for the simplified data exchange between people with chronic diseases and attending physicians.

Winners will show how it is possible to use with the maximum advantage medical data of patients for increase in efficiency of doctors, improvement of quality of clinical results and expense reduction in a system health care, said in a joint statement of Google and AMA.

Google and AMA will select three startups to which they will provide resources of cloud infrastructure Google Cloud for the amount of $50 thousand. It is supposed that the ideas of winners of competition will find further development with assistance of Internet giant and the American medical association.

As notes CNBC TV channel, the large IT companies aim to earn from the market of health care which volume is estimated at $3 trillion and therefore they show readiness to cooperate with the acting participants of the industry for development of innovations.

So, Amazon in 2017 together with Merck company began development of the digital voice assistant for the patients suffering from chronic diseases.^[1]

Google started earlier the Deepmind Healt AI project which is engaged in the analysis and streamlining of medical records by means of machine algorithms.
