The company founded R&D by department of Group of Ist together with Andy Fiord Production. Has one of world-best hardware. For November, 2019 Andrey Zuev (Fiord), the astrophysicist, Candidate of Technical Sciences, the enthusiast of HDR and the leading specialist of this technology in Russia and abroad heads the project.

2019: Opening of the certified Dolby Vision studio in Russia

On November 28, 2019 reported to Dolby company that together with Andy Fiord Lab opened the Russia's first certified studio of color correction and mastering of Dolby Vision.

Thanks to opening of Andy Fiord Lab as the certified Dolby Vision studio in Russia there will be an opportunity for post-production of HDR content for the cinema, TV and strimingovy platforms conforming to the international standards of the media industry.

The Dolby Vision technology as much as possible opens possibilities of a HDR format, providing brightness, an exact color rendition, contrast and saturated colors, and thanks to dynamic metadata each frame looks more realistic and detailed. The format gives more opportunities to creators of content for implementation conceived and control over how the HDR image will look on the screen of the TV or the mobile device.

For November 28, 2019 the Dolby Vision technology is supported by the leading OTT services, producers of TVs, tablets and smartphones. In Europe for November, 2019 more than 50 studios of mastering Dolby Vision work, more than 2500 hours of original content are already available in the Dolby Vision format in strimingovy services and on disks of the Ultra HD Blu-ray format. Thanks to opening of Andy Fiord Lab now and in Russia it is possible to create special local content for fans of cinema.
