2023: Hotel management transferred to Zont group

In early June 2023, it became known that the management of the future 300-room hotel on Russky Island in Vladivostok, instead of the French Accor, could be handled by the local operator Zont. We are talking about the set "Aquaparadise."

The Russian hotel group Zont will become the operator of the first four-star hotel on Russky Island, replacing the French group Accor Hotels, which left Russia. The hotel will become part of the Aquaparadise complex on the Saperny Peninsula, the project of which is being implemented by the resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok, Eastern Aqua Paradise LLC.

Aquaparadise Hotel Project

According to Kommersant, an agreement has already been signed with the owner of the facility. In 2021, it was planned that the French Accor network would manage the hotel, but in connection with the imposition of sanctions due to the start of a special Russian military operation in Ukraine at the end of February 2022. Accor revised its business in the Russian Federation in the middle in 2022.

Eastern Aqua Paradise was founded in August 2019, and in September 2022 signed an agreement with the Far East Agency to attract investments and support exports on the construction of a project worth 10.2 billion rubles on Russky Island.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Vyacheslav Boyarov, CEO and owner of Seven Seas LLC, is the head and main owner of 50.63% of Eastern Aqua Paradise. 25% of the company belongs to Туризм.РФ Corporation JSC. The authorized capital of Eastern Aqua Paradise is 1 million 333 thousand 334 rubles.

As of June 2023, the project of the Aquaparadise complex provides for a hotel, an indoor water park with artificial reservoirs and a congress and exhibition site. Initially, the volume of investments was estimated at 5.1 - 7 billion rubles. According to Zont, as of June 2023, we are talking about 15 billion rubles, and the project itself is in the stage of obtaining permits, preparatory work is underway at the site. The opening Vladivostok of the Aquaparadise Hotel on Russky Vo Island is scheduled for 2026.^[1]
