Association Japanese conditioners (AYaK, JAC)

The AYaK group works at the climatic market of the Russian Federation since 1996, the Company integrated specialists in the fields of commerce, logistics, design, service.

Activities

Basis of activity of AYaK group are:

• promotion of the leading world brands of conditioners and the climatic equipment in the territory of Russia;
• product sales through wide dealer network;
• providing with accessories, supplies and spare parts;
• training of technical and commercial specialists;
• information support and advertizing activity in the Russian market;
• design and supervision of erection Split systems and systems of the central conditioning and ventilation of subjects to any appointment and complexity.

Training

For increase in technological level of specialists and training of new employees in "AYaK" the training center is organized. In specially equipped class experienced consultants hold seminars trainings with groups of design engineers, installation and service maintenance specialists, sales managers and advertizing. To us there come representatives of the dealer companies and construction and architectural organizations from many cities of Russia, besides, training constantly takes place in the cities – the regional centers of Russia. The AYaK group is a member of AVOK and within this partnership holds technical seminars, specialists of the company participate in development of the regulating and project documentation.

Dealer network

The adjusted system of logistics allows to provide permanent existence of the equipment and an uninterrupted supply to regions and also to timely update a lineup of conditioners. "AYaK" has extensive dealer network in all territory of Russia, regional warehouses and distributors who create dealer networks in the regions. For July, 2011 more than 500 companies – dealers and partners "Associations the Japanese Conditioners" work at the climatic market of Russia and also in the republics of the former Soviet Union: Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova where "AYaK" have reliable, long-term partners.

As a part of "AYaK" there is powerful project department which engineers in case of need help the companies dealers to develop the project for objects most of varying complexity. In "AYaK" the Department of installation is engaged in particularly complex projects. His employees perform supervision of erection, equipment installation, commissioning, warranty and service maintenance of the implemented objects. The big service center ensures fast and skilled functioning with clients.

Partners and clients

The quality of a delivered goods and services estimated many organizations: State Duma, Central Electoral Commission of the Russian Federation, RAO UES, Moszhilkompleks and also tens of thousands of Russian families. In June, 2005 the AYaK Group received an honorary title of the Supplier of the Moscow Kremlin, having become only among the climatic companies, deserved so high recognition.

History

The AYaK Group since 1996 was presented at the Russian climatic market by two largest Japanese brands (GENERAL and MITSUBISHI Heavy Industries, Ltd.). However, over time the company was beyond the name, having filled up the list of climatic brands with three more known names, - Italian (CLINT, NOVAIR) and South Korean (HYUNDAI).
