AETP is an association of electronic trade and procurement systems in Russia and the world. The Association's activities are aimed at developing an effective system for managing public and corporate procurement, creating a single "access window" for buyers and suppliers, regardless of their geographical location, providing high-quality and up-to-date procurement information.
The Association of Electronic Trading Sites (AETP) was established in July 2007. on the initiative of the largest electronic trading systems in Russia. The Association sees its main goal in the formation of a single interactive space for ensuring access of customers and suppliers to electronic trading systems, regardless of their territorial location.
The activities of the Association, which unites electronic trading systems of Russia, are aimed at increasing the efficiency of their work, attracting the maximum number of sites, organizations, and government agencies to electronic trading systems.
The Association promotes the introduction of modern information technologies into the activities of state and municipal authorities and businesses, and integration into single window technology, formed by the Association together with the Analytical Center, opens up the opportunity for a more effective organization of the procurement process in electronic form, when an unlimited number of people see information about the goods or services put up for auction. This allows you to solve the problem with limited regional framework, creates conditions of equal access to the bidding of any potential participant, reduces the risk of attracting and using administrative resources in order to change the conditions or falsification of the results of the bidding.
The electronic digital signature mechanism is designed to ensure the legal significance of these transactions.
Based on the fact that more than 300 certification centers operate in Russia, which use various technical and organizational schemes for issuing an electronic digital signature, an Accreditation Center has been created to unify all procedures within the Association. The center forms a network of certification centers, the electronic digital signature of which is legitimate at all sites included in the AETP.
An undeniable advantage of the established network of certification centers is the ability to use a single signature to participate in tenders at all venues of the Association, which will reduce not only financial costs, but also the time costs associated with obtaining EZPs.
In addition, to ensure the operation of trading platforms, as well as to quickly search and quickly access the supplier and customer to ETP (state, municipal or commercial), the Association of Electronic Trading Platforms has opened more than 50 Regional Centers in almost every subject of the Russian Federation.
The Electronic Marketplace Association has significant advantages for its members:
- Use of the Association's federal network to expand the base of suppliers and customers;
- training of suppliers and customers in electronic trading systems technologies regardless of their location;
- obtaining professional advice on the application of legislation in the field of state and municipal order;
- Use of the Association's analytical system to assess commodity market conditions.
