History of the company
1991: Cafe in Samara
In 1991 in the Samara recreation center "Sovremennik" the small cafe, on only 4 tables was open. The name was thought up by visitors. Then only "At Palycha" it was possible to try home-style the tasty and various dishes prepared with soul and on conscience.
In 1994 the cafe moved to more spacious building in the central part of the city on Buyanov Street. And in 1995 — this Russian restaurant "At Palycha" was open. In the menu — more than 350 dishes which prepare only from perfect products, with exact observance of original and own recipes and, of course, with corporate quality. Every evening for guests folklore collectives sing the Russian songs and the Gipsy romances. The Russian restaurant "At Palycha" provides services of high-quality exit servicing of activities. In "imperial chambers" on the street of Kuibyshev, namely in such style the interior of restaurant is sustained, dear visitors of Samara come. "At Palycha" Patricia Kaas, Mstislav Rostropovich, Uriah Heep, Alla Pugacheva, Joseph Kobzon, Lidiya Fedoseyeva-Shukshina, Konstantin Raikin, Eldar Ryazanov and many other celebrities visited.
1996: Plant of a power supply
Very often residents of Samara ordered pelmeni of a manual molding at restaurant. So there was a need to organize production workshop which in 1996 became plant of a power supply "At Palycha". For 2013 at plant more than 300 types of products according to corporate recipes are made. These are the frozen semi-finished products (pelmeni, vareniki, manti, pancakes, pizza), confectionery (cakes, cakes, pies and pies, rolls, gingerbreads), salads, aspics and even chocolates. The corporate taste and quality remain invariable: only natural products are used, compoundings, still most part of production process — manual work are strictly observed.
1998: Entry into the market of Moscow
In 1998 Moscow also got acquainted with products under the name of At Palycha. In the beginning in the capital opened the official representation across Moscow and the Moscow region implementing pelmeni and vareniki and then the confectionery workshop was organized. After representation appeared in Kazan, St. Petersburg.
In 1999 the first brand department "At Palycha" in the Samara TTTs "Aquarium" was open. Always it is possible to find all range in extensive network of a trademark "From Palycha" and also to become the very first buyer who tried corporate new products. 2002: Tavern
In 2002 the tavern "At Palycha" appeared. The known or slightly almost forgotten Russian foods (from traditional salads to pancakes and pies) at the democratic prices are presented in the menu long ago. 2003: Boutique of chocolate

2003: Ice cream
At the end of 2003 the corporate enterprise for production of ice cream of Ays LLC opened. Being a sole distributor of the German mini-factories, the At Palycha trademark gave to residents of Samara a unique opportunity: ice cream is made, proceeding from flavoring addictions of buyers, directly on their eyes. In the crackling ice cream cone there is this ice cream and various natural stuffings selected by the buyer (banana, cherry, currant, a cranberry, a cumquat, raspberry, a sea-buckthorn, walnuts, a filbert, almonds, keshyyu, caramel, a praline or chocolate).
Since 2006 there began work the workshop on production of From Palycha ice cream according to own recipes: from all of favourite Ice cream and Creamy to juicy "Apple sorbet with beer and a lime" or appetizing "Cherry with a chocolate crumb".
In November, 2007 the restaurant of kitchen of the East Shafran was open. In the menu — surprising and also widely known Uzbek, Caucasian, Turkish dishes. At choice different aromas are offered fans of a hookah. Besides, the separate European menu from which dishes order previously, some days before visit is created.
