History

2020: As a part of the Avtoplus group - 13 dealer centers and affiliated enterprises

As of April, 2020 the Avtoplus Group includes 13 dealer centers and affiliated enterprises in Yekaterinburg, Omsk, Nizhny Tagil and Kamensk-Uralsky. Over 300 thousand clients use services of Avtoplus.

2012: An IT command (from Shestopalov Sergey's interview, the Chief information officer)

Avtoplus represents group of companies, the known automobile brands which are dealers, in each of them there is an own division which solves the problems connected with ensuring operability of IT infrastructure. The structure of these divisions is defined by the amount of business. If the company large, then directs IT department the senior system administrator; there it is also obligatory to eat the technical support service working according to the replaceable diagram in mode 12×7. We try to organize activity of our car dealers so that in working time the specialist capable to render basic level of technical support was always available.

The command of IT directorate in itself is small — together with me five people. We have two ERP system specialists, the system administrator and the specialist in the printing equipment who render services to all subsidiary companies of group and also control activity of IT departments. The main tasks of IT directorate are development of standards for IT departments, the help in planning of budgets, support of large projects, monitoring of IT infrastructure, carrying out audit. Here it is necessary to carry also one more important task — development of the ERP system and electronic document management system. The matter is that in all companies of group identical system configuration which develops in one place works.

Thus, it is impossible to tell that the role of IT directorate comes down only to the servicing and controlling functions. We take active part in business process automation in close cooperation with representatives of functional divisions.

2011: As a part of the Avtoplus group - 10 dealer centers

In structure of the Avtoplus group for February, 2011 - 10 dealer centers in Yekaterinburg Nizhny Tagil, Kamensk-Uralsky and Omsk representing automobile brands Audi, Lexus, Skoda and Toyota, and also the company on AutoPlus Rent-a-Car car rental.
