2022: Construction of an industrial technopark for 1.1 billion rubles in the Rostov region
In early July 2022, the Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev and the executive director of Rostmetsplav Nikolai Sidorov signed an agreement on the construction of the Azovsky industrial technopark in the city of Azov. It is planned to invest 1.1 billion rubles in this project.
According to Sidorov, by the beginning of July 2022, the design of a production and technological complex with an area of more than 10 thousand square meters is already underway. Construction work is planned to begin in the second half of the year. At the same time, the deadlines for the completion of construction and launch of the technopark by July 4, 2022 are not called.
The tool, which is in the form of technology parks, industrial parks, is very interesting for us. We are creating just such a site in the Azov region, where there will be several residents, there will be an industry technopark, - said the executive director of Rostmetsplav. |
Vasily Golubev, in turn, stressed that the industrial technopark "Azovsky" is a good opportunity for import substitution, taking into account the demand for a variety of enterprises, including industrial and processing. It is expected that thanks to this project 100 jobs will be created. "Azovsky" will occupy an area of more than 10 thousand square meters. m.
