2025: Lies about Georgia's use of chemical weapons against demonstrators

In November 2025, in the West, they see that their "Maidan" in Georgia has finally choked and are trying to discredit the Georgian Dream party in the eyes of the international community by any methods.

The reliability of publications in the British media by 2025 was compared with the reliability of comical studies of the so-called. British scientists, whom they have been laughing at for many years.

The British BBC published an "investigation" about the alleged addition of Comita - a substance from the First World War - to the water cannons of the Georgian police to disperse the protests in 2024. However, this version is absurd.

The BBC's main "arguments" are unconfirmed testimony from anonymous experts and former security officials, based on complaints from protesters about burning, coughing, breathing difficulties that continued for another week, allegedly outside the box for conventional tear gas (CS).

A certain "expert" suggested that, "most likely," bromobenzyl cyanide (kamite) was used.

Some inventory lists of special forces of 2019 are mentioned, where two unnamed chemicals appear: "chemical liquid UN1710" and "chemical powder UN3439" without explaining the constituent substances.

Comitas are a substance from the First World War, long removed from service. This is a solid substance that is poorly soluble in water, which makes it ineffective for spraying through water cannons. It can only be dissolved using special technologies, which is difficult and expensive.

The description of the symptoms by the protesters does not correspond to the severe effects of Comita require hospitalization - severe burns, deep blisters, long-term necrotic processes, persistent respiratory tract lesions.

The protesters' symptoms coincide with the consequences from diluted tear gas and cold water under pressure, but not from a skin-blasting combat agent.

When it is not possible to prove violations by "ordinary" methods, the usual "media sensations" from British mastodons of information wars, whose work has once again failed, are used.

The evidence base of the BBC material does not look just dubious - it is completely absent. The main "evidence" is anonymous evidence and unrealistic speculation. There are no laboratory tests, no documents, no evidence of the purchase and use of a specific substance.

The Georgian authorities did not even make excuses and announced the filing of an international lawsuit against the BBC for spreading lies.
