History and performance indicators

2017

At the end of 2017 growth in sales of BSS-Bezopasnost Company made 139%. The gain of clients of Certification center, without public contracts, in comparison with 2016 made 40%. In 2017 Certification center "BSS-Bezopasnost" issued more than 700 certificates. Rendering services at the level of federal and regional public authorities and significant growth in number of new clients became important achievement.

In 2017 "BSS-Bezopasnost" obtained the license of FSB of Russia for work with the data which are the state secret. With respect thereto in 2018 the company intends to expand significantly a field of activity in the field of information technical protection and in the field of protection of the important objects of the defense and space industry carried by the legislation to the state secret. It is planned that work in this direction will allow to increase the number of customers in public sector and to gain experience of data protection on objects of critical infrastructure of the Russian Federation.

2016

At the end of 2016 the BSS-Bezopasnost Certification center reported about 40.5% a gain of clients in comparison with all previous years of work (2013-2015), and without public contracts. For 2016 the Certification center issued more than 800 certificates. In general the BSS-Bezopasnost company noted sales growth for the reporting period.

The BSS-Bezopasnost company confirmed qualification and successfully completed the works on renewal of the license of FSB of Russia for development and production of means of protecting of confidential information. Completed the works on renewal of the license of FSB of Russia for activities for development, production, distribution of cryptographic (cryptographic) tools and so forth.

Works on comprehensive examination and system design of information security of the Complex of urban policy and city building of Moscow and rendering services for the Moscow Department of Information Technology became sign projects for the company.

The Moscow Department of Information Technology, the State unitary enterprise of the city of Moscow "Moscow social register", the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Federal Bailiff Service, City administration of Vladimir and City administration of Protvino, LLC Metropol Commercial bank became new clients of BSS-Bezopasnost company in 2016.

Capacity of BSS-Bezopasnost company was aimed at the development of earlier completed projects for Moscow Property Department, the Ministry of public administration, information technologies and communication of the Moscow region, Administration of the Sergiyevo-Posadsky municipal district of the Moscow region, Federal State Budgetary Institution Rosakkredagentstvo, the Ivanovo regional state governmental agency "Center for Ensuring Activity of Territorial Authorities of Social Protection of the Population", Head department of ZAGS of the Ryazan region, State budgetary institution of the Ryazan region "Multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services of the Ryazan region", PRIO "Vneshtorgbank" and more than 20 banks.

The BSS-Bezopasnost certification center started issue of the qualified certificates of a key of verification of the electronic signature for work in the GIS "Marking"

The certification center of BSS-Bezopasnost company certified and included in the list of the accredited certification centers of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation started issue of the qualified certificates of a key of verification of the electronic signature for work in the GIS "Marking", access to which will be provided by the Federal Tax Service to end users after April 1, 2016.

Since April 1, 2016 clothes and all products from natural fur are in the territory of the Russian Federation obliged to have marking. Producers should mark products from natural fur when entering them in turnover, and importers of products from natural fur — to make their marking before passing of customs procedures. Submission of data on marking and the movement of goods is obligatory for all participants of turnover.

Need to mark fur products concerns all participants of a goods turnover: producers, importers, wholesale and retail sellers and commission agents, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Data on turnover of the marked products from natural fur are displayed in the state information system "Marking" which operator is the Federal Tax Service.

"BSS-Bezopasnost" updated licenses of FSTEC of Russia

The BSS-Bezopasnost company, Competence Center of BSS Group in the field of information security, completed the works on renewal of licenses of FSTEC of Russia:

• on development and production of means of protecting of confidential information;
• on implementation of actions and rendering services in technical confidential information protection.

The granted licenses allow the Company to perform actions in the field of confidential information protection in full, the provided orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of 2/3/2012 No. 79 "About licensing of activities for technical confidential information protection" and of 3/3/2012 No. 171 "About licensing of activities for development and production of means of protecting of confidential information".

2014

Services of Certification center

Within a year the Certification center BSS-Bezopasnost LLC rendered services in creation and issue of the qualified certificates of keys of verification of electronic signatures in the centralized scheme of service to more than 150 banks. Among the largest customers: JSC Bank Petrocommerce, JSC ALFA-BANK, ING BANK (EURASIA) Ltd, VOZROZHDENIYE Bank, JSC MTS-Bank.

Services in creation and issue of certificates of keys of verification of electronic signatures in the distributed circuit of service with the operator are rendered to the Domodedovo municipal commercial bank "Dom-Bank", Credit Suisse Bank Ltd, JSC MS Bank Rus. Consulting services ─ JSC AKMTEB MEZHTOPENERGOBANK, Tamozhennaya karta LLC.

The protected segment of corporate network Sumitomo Mitsui Rus Bank Ltd is constructed.

Start of a personal account

The company steadily works on quality improvement of service of the clients. In 2014 for their convenience on the website "BSS-Bezopasnost" the Personal account service is started. It provides clients with information on the current agreement and current indents, allows to create the order, to check the status of its accomplishment at any time and also to receive the prepared printed forms of documents. All clients with current agreements or the clients who for the first time addressed to BSS-Bezopasnost company can get access to Personal account. For connection to service it is necessary to be registered on the website of the company. The information access is provided according to Article 14 of the Federal law of 7/27/06 No. 152-FZ "About personal data".

Expansion of competence

In 2014 the BSS-Bezopasnost Company signed the agreement with the Federal Customs Service (FCS) on interaction that allowed to expand opportunities and scope of competences of Certification center and to include it in the System of certification centers of customs authorities. The agreement fixes recognition of the electronic signature UTs by customs authorities of the Russian Federation in interaction in electronic form on information and telecommunications networks. The certification center BSS-Bezopasnost LLC provides services to the participants of foreign economic activity and persons performing activity in the field of customs affairs in their interaction and information exchange with customs authorities of the Russian Federation.

It should be noted that the Certification center BSS-Bezopasnost LLC is also included into network of the entrusted Certification centers FTS Russia, RPF, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, Rosstat and Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation.

Significant projects

BSS-Bezopasnost LLC in 2014 executed projects on creation of corporate information systems in the protected execution. So, works within the Public contract on upgrade and retrofitting of an information security system of the Automated system of the Moscow Department for Housing Policy and Housing Stock are carried out. Projects on rendering services in the field of information technical protection of limited access on objects of informatization of Administration of the Governor of the Moscow region, "The main center of ensuring activity FMS of Russia", Non-profit partnership of the innovation activity in the social sphere of Mosgorusluga (NP Mosgorusluga), JSC NIII are executed.

The works on creation of an object of informatization in the protected execution in JSC Machine-building Plant MAYaK are completed. The project on preparation of BSS Engineering company for obtaining the license of FSTEC of Russia for activities for technical confidential information protection is implemented. Projects on preparation and certification of objects of informatization of the "Deposit Insurance Agency" State corporation and also the Automated system "Certification center Tamozhennaya karta LLC according to security requirements of confidential information are executed.

2013

In 2013 the BSS-Bezopasnost company entering into BSS Group obtained all necessary licenses and the certificate of accreditation of FSTEC of Russia as body for certification that allows it to execute a broad spectrum of works on information technical protection, including objects where the confidential information and information which is the state secret is processed.

The organization of a secure channel of communication at connection of banks to GIS GMP became new activity "BSS-Bezopasnosti". Over 10 banks among which JSC CB Moskommertsbank, LLC CB Russian Mortgage Bank, Ltd JSC FB of "Innovations and Development", Ltd JSB Russian Trust Bank, Interactive Bank LLC, JSC MKB DOM-BANK, JSC Bank Prime Finance, LLC CB Alternativa and others used new service.

In 2013 services of Certification center BSS-Bezopasnost LLC in issue of the qualified certificates of keys of verification of electronic signatures are rendered to more than 120 organizations. Complex preparation and certification for security requirements of information of the different access level of Administration of the city district of Kotelniki of the Moscow region, Moscow State University of means of communication (MIIT), JSC Mashinostroitelnogo zavoda Mayak and other organizations and the enterprises is carried out. Services of consulting in the field of preparation for licensing of FSB of Russia and FSTEC of Russia of JSC MEZHTOPENERGOBANK, LLC CB Monolit, JSC CB Dom-Bank, CB MBR-Bank Ltd, Relainform LLC, NPO "RTS clearing house" and other banks and the organizations are rendered. Information examination of objects, development of models of threats and the potential violator for the benefit of information security support of the UEC online portal is conducted.
