According to the reporting for July 1, 2015, the bank took the 322nd place on the value of assets in a banking system of Russia.

On August 03, 2015 it became known that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation revoked a license for banking operations from the Moscow Bank of calculations and savings.

The decision on revocation of license was made in connection with repeated violation by credit institution of the requirements provided by Articles 6 and 7 (except for Paragraph 3 of Article 7) the federal law "O counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing" and also regulations of the Bank of Russia. In bank the temporary administration is appointed.

"CB Bank of Calculations and Savings allowed violation of the law and regulations of the Bank of Russia in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, and to terrorism financing, including regarding timeliness and correctness of the data which were sent to authorized body on the transactions which are subject to mandatory control LLC, says the regulator.

Besides, notes the Central Bank, internal control rules of credit institution for the purpose of POD/FT did not conform to requirements of regulations of the Bank of Russia.

"At the same time the bank was involved in carrying out doubtful operations on funds withdrawal abroad in large volumes", says the regulator.
