2022: Opening of the technopark

August 30, 2022 in Kazan will be the opening of the technopark in the field of high technologies "IT Park named after Bashir Rameev." This technopark will become the third IT park in the Republic of Tatarstan. This was announced on August 26, 2022 by representatives of the IT Park GAU.

According to information, the IT park will be part of a digital quarter called "San," which will be limited to the streets of Tufan Minnullin, Petersburg, Pushkin, Artem Aidinov, Marcel Salimzhanov. IT park is already within these limits and science and technology park "Idea" where for August, 2022 modern technological are placed companies. The perimeter of the project will also include: the Urban business center, the Suvar Plaza shopping and entertainment center, where the offices of Yandex and game developers are located, and the Sberbank School 21, which allows you to get a digital profession for free.

Kazan IT Quarter will be a logical continuation of the course to create comfortable conditions for the digital industry. The main goal is to aggregate startups, IT companies, creative initiative youth and representatives of investment funds in the technopark, to attract people to the republic who will create technology companies.

Technopark in the field of high technologies "IT Park named after Bashir Rameev" will consist of two blocks. The first is located on the site of the former Spartak leather and shoe factory, the second was built nearby. The buildings were united by a passage in which the public space is located. As of August 2022, the total area of ​ ​ the IT park is 49.3 thousand m ². There will be enough jobs for 3,000 employees.

On the ground floor there will be all the service and public infrastructure of the technopark. From here there will be access to the main elements - a children's IT park, Cyberpark Arena, conference rooms, catering areas and other service infrastructure.

On the second floor of the technopark there will be a business incubator, a digital library and co-working space, a conference room for 600 people, as well as terraces and offices. From the third to the seventh floors of the park will occupy offices for residents. An important infrastructure element of the technopark will be the Cyber ​ ​ Police, where companies will be able to test the security level of their information systems and critical infrastructure.

The technopark will become the site Russian scientific of the Knowledge Society and the Multimedia Historical Park.
