History
- The discovery in 1932 of Ishimbay oil fields in Bashkiria and the development of fields in the Volga-Ural oil and gas province served as the beginning of the development of domestic geophysics and the year of birth of the enterprise. In the early thirties, geophysical work on the territory of the republic was carried out by the Vostokneft trust (Sverdlovsk). By 1931, three single-party parties were working. The first of them, a magnetic party (chief V.P. Orlov), carried out a route survey of the vertical component of the magnetic field with a Schmidt magnetic variometer with a network of 1.5x10-15 km.
- With the rapid development of the oil industry in Bashkiria in 1935, the Bashneft trust was created, and a geological search office (GPK) was formed on its basis.
- In April 1938, the first thematic batch was organized in the geophysical workshop of the GPK to summarize and scientifically analyze the geophysical work carried out, use the drilling results, and prepare recommendations for drilling.
- In 1939, the geological exploration office became part of the Ishimbayneft trust, which was subsequently reorganized into the Bashkir Geological Exploration Trust of Glavneft of the People's Commissariat of Industry.
- By 1940, the organizational formation of the geophysical service in Bashkiria was finally completed. In Ufa, the State Eastern Electrical Exploration Trust was created. A year later, the trust became part of the geophysical trust on the rights of its Eastern Branch.
- During the years of World War II, Bashkir geophysics performed a large amount of research, increased the quality of work and its effectiveness. Almost all forecasts of geophysicists made during this period were fully confirmed by drilling. Large oil fields such as Kinzebulatovskoye, Tuymazinskoye, Bavlinskoye and others were discovered.
- In 1950, the entire geophysical service of Bashkiria merged into the state union geophysical trust Bashneftegeofizika.
- The seismic data obtained in 1949-1954 were used by Bashneft when laying wells in the Chekmagushevskaya, Yugomashevskaya, Chetyrmanovskaya, Turbaslinskaya and Zagorskaya areas, as a result of which rich oil fields were discovered.
- In the 50s and early 60s, the trust conducted large volumes of electrical and gravimetric studies.
- In 1953, the Bugulma PGK was transformed into the Tatneftegeofizika trust.
- In 1964, on the basis of the Ural geophysical expedition, the Tyumenneftegeofizika trust arose.
- Seismic and field-geophysical expeditions specially created for work in Belarus in 1968 were merged into the Belorusneftegeofizika trust.
- In the first half of the 60s, with the beginning of the use of electronic computers, there was a transition to digital processing and registration of information.
- In 1976, a field and geophysical office was organized in Ufa. In 1979, the Bashkir expedition was created to carry out work on a rotational basis in Western Siberia.
- Since 1986, Bashneftegeofizika has been conducting seismic surveys in Western Siberia and the Polar Region. In 1987, the Bashneftegeofizika trust was transformed into the Bashneftegeofizika production association.
- Some of the most difficult pages in the history of the enterprise were the 90s of the twentieth century. The post-perestroika period with a change in the political and social system led to the creation of new economic and economic relations.
- In 1993, Bashneftegeofizika Joint Stock Company was created on the basis of Bashneftegeofizika PO.
- In 1994, the re-equipment of seismic exploration with modern computer equipment and an extensive programming library began, the use of which made it possible to process a huge amount of information, computerize interpretation, and move on to solving such important problems as modeling deposits and monitoring their operation.
- In 1996, Bashneftegeofizika JSC was transformed into an open joint stock company.
- The first step towards the creation of a modern structure of Bashneftegeofizika OJSC was the decision to acquire the Taimyr geophysical expedition in 2004.
- In 2008, the enterprises of Bashkir geophysics merged, the consolidation process was completed, the only geophysical research and production cluster in Russia within one company arose in Ufa. Business units are formed - Directorate of Exploration and Field Geophysics. An international certificate of compliance with the ISO:9001 according to three quality standards was obtained: management, safety and ecology.
- In 2009, the company acquired LLC Center for Research and Production.
- In 2012, Anega LLC joined and the process of combining educational centers into the corporate university of NEU UNC Geophysics was completed.
- In 2014, a new direction was created - the Department of Directional and Horizontal Drilling, which provides high-quality service for telemetry and technical and technological support of drilling directional and horizontal wells.
