The company "BEKO" is one of the largest enterprises in the market of household appliances in Russia. It is one of the five leaders in the production and sales of large-sized home appliances. The company is a global premium partner of FC Barcelona.

The BEKO brand belongs to Arçelik A.Ş, a member of the Turkish corporation Koç Holding Durable Goods Group. BEKO brand technology first appeared in Russia in 1997. Since 2005, the construction of its own plant begins in the Kirzhach district of the Vladimir region, the official opening of which took place in 2006. The production area leaves 615,000 m2.
Two product categories are produced in Russia: washing machines and refrigerators. According to the results of 2016, local production is 600,000 washing machines and 500,000 refrigerators. The share of exports reaches 36%, the plant's products are exported to more than 15 countries, including Germany, Slovenia, Montenegro, Poland and others.
All products manufactured at the BEKO plant undergo mandatory 100% computer control. Responsibility for product quality is one of the priority business tasks set by the company's management in Russia.
Performance indicators
2024: Net loss - 1.79 billion rubles
As TAdviser found out in early October 2025, the Russian plant for the production of household appliances Beko (Beko LLC) at the end of 2024 recorded a net loss of 1.79 billion rubles. For comparison, a year earlier, net profit of 1.37 billion rubles was shown.
The company's revenue on an annualized basis increased by 5.6% - from 37.53 billion rubles to 39.64 billion rubles. The cost of sales amounted to 26.25 billion rubles, which is 21.7% more than in 2023, when it was 21.57 billion rubles. Commercial expenses rose by 19.4% - from 2.9 billion rubles to 3.46 billion rubles, while management expenses increased by 13.1% - from 1.03 billion rubles to 1.16 billion rubles. Other revenues doubled, reaching 260.89 million rubles against 130.55 million rubles in 2023. Other expenses added 4%, reaching 10.55 billion rubles (10.14 billion rubles in 2023).
Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services increased by almost a third - from 24.74 billion rubles to 32.5 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services amounted to 16.81 billion rubles, which is 15.5% more than in 2023, when they amounted to 14.56 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers increased from 2.34 billion rubles to 2.62 billion rubles, that is, by 12.1%.
Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 8.34 billion rubles: this is 15.5% less compared to the previous year (9.87 billion rubles). At the same time, accounts payable increased by 34.5% - from 4.57 billion rubles 6.15 billion rubles. The volume of borrowed funds increased by 117.8%, reaching 4.37 billion rubles against 2.01 billion rubles in 2023. Net assets - 8.56 billion rubles (at the end of 2024).[1]
History
In 1990, the Koç entered the international market and the BEKO brand was chosen as the export brand of household appliances, which became under the wing of Arçelik A.Ş. Together with the Arçelik brand. The company produces the entire range of large and small household appliances and is one of the five largest manufacturers of household appliances in Europe. In total, the company owns 11 brands, including Grundig, Bregenz, Arctic and Blomberg and presents its products in more than 100 countries around the world.
BEKO in Russia
BEKO brand technology began to be sold in Russia in 1997. In 1999, a representative office of the company was opened in Russia, and in October 2006 its own plant was opened in the city of Kirzhach, Vladimir Region, and production was launched. Currently, the BEKO brand ranks sixth among manufacturers of household appliances in Russia, it is well known and respected. Every 2 seconds in the world, people buy BEKO brand equipment.
