History
BGTU of V.G. Shukhov trains specialists for the industry of construction materials and building industry, different structures of public administration, production, construction, a credit banking system and service industry.
In 1979 the name of I.A. Grishmanov - the minister of the industry of construction materials of the USSR in the 60-70th years is appropriated to university.
In 2003 was entitled the Belgorod state technology university and soon appropriated to the university a name of Vladimir Grigoryevich Shukhov.
