For June, 2015 JSC Belmagistralyavtotrans is diversified company which structure includes motor transportation divisions, the transport and logistic center, service stations, forwarding divisions today.

History

1963

According to the resolution of Council of Ministers of BSSR of June 17, 1963 and on the basis of the order of the minister of the BSSR motor transport Management of the highway Minsk-Mogilev was organized. Implementation of all work types on maintenance, hardware, and repair of the road, the organization of regular long-distance transportation of goods and accomplishment of forwarding and commercial transactions on the most important roads of the republic, technical assistance to cars along the line was assigned to it.

1974

In 1974 Management was reorganized. Structural units the Ministries of the BSSR motor transport were placed under direct authority.

1979: Creation of the company

The order of the Minister of the BSSR motor transport of 2/28/1979 No. 16-ts based on these enterprises in April, 1979 organized production association of the Belmagistralyavtotrans motor transport. The main objective of consolidation was the organization and accomplishment of long-distance transportation of goods in BSSR and interrepublican transportations for the enterprises, the organizations and organizations and also loading of the empty trucks going in the passing direction.

As a result of 10 years of development consolidation Belmagistralyavtotrans began to consist of 10 structural units — ATEKI No. 1 (Brest), No. 2 (Vitebsk), No. 3 (Gomel), No. 4 (Grodno), No. 5 (Minsk), No. 6 (Mogilev), No. 7 (Minsk), No. 8 (Babruysk), No. 9 (Borisov), the Minsk GTPP. As a part of these enterprises 20 freight bus stations and more than 50 road checkpoints worked. The production base had 2 thousand cars, 16 thousand containers, 25 gantry cranes, about 50 auto-loaders. The number of working — 5500 people. For accomplishment of transportations according to requests of the enterprises of State Logistics Committee of the USSR and industrial enterprises 740 approved schedules of road trains between freight bus stations were organized.

Belmagistralyavtotrans was unique division in the system of the BSSR motor transport. Within accomplishment of the assigned functions at the enterprises of consolidation were implemented and there underwent approbation the most advanced methods of the organization of transportation process: container transportations, schedule long-distance transportations, creation of freight bus stations and terminals, forwarding service. The developed technologies actively were adopted by transport workers of other regions of the Soviet Union.

1989

In 1989 cooperation relations between the republics of the USSR began to fall, and radical steps on improvement of the mechanism of activity of consolidation were required. One of the first in Republic of Belarus passed consolidation to the rent relations, the property was transferred to sublease to structural units. To provide unity of organizational, technology and financial communications between the enterprises, the Belmagistralyavtotrans concern to which certain functions were delegated, first of all — forwarding service of the enterprises of concern is created.

1991 - 1997

During the period since 1991 on 1997 all the enterprises of concern were privatized and transformed to open joint stock companies.

As well as earlier, during this period Belmagistravtavtotrans was on an edge of all new activities and transport technologies.

With transition to market economy the concern and its enterprises were one of the first subjects of managing in Belarus, international transport, the forwarding and rendering terminal services which began to be engaged independently. The Belmagistralyavtotrans concern became one of the structures which performed integration of Republic of Belarus as the sovereign state in the European system of the international automobile transport. Belmagistralyavtotrans on boundary transitions organized and performed from 1992 to 1995 providing the foreign carriers arriving to the territory of Belarus, permissions and insurance policies. Afterwards the created infrastructure was transferred to GP "Interavtotrans". Also with direct participation of concern in 1992 the Belarusian association of the international automobile carriers was created.

In the 90th years Belmagistralyavtotrans, except traditional activities for forwarding service of carriers, developed the production base and types of activity, new to itself. First of all, it is international transport by own transport for what trucks of the Western European production Mercedes were taken in leasing, to Volvo and Skaniya and also cars of domestic production. In 1999 the park already contained 70 units.

1994

In 1994 the cargo customs terminal in an industrial hub of Kolyadichi was put into operation. After completion of construction of automobile repair shop services of car service and sale of spare parts began to develop actively.

1994-1995

In 1994-1995 affiliated transport-forwarding firms in Russia, Germany and Poland were created.

1997

On February 3, 1997 by reorganization of ATEP-10 and Belmagistralyavtotrans concern the Belmagistralyavtotrans joint-stock company is created. Capital stock was distributed between the state, being ATEKAMI concern (again formed by joint stock company), members of labor collective and also individuals as a result of check privatization.

1998

In 1998 the affiliated enterprise ATEP-11 Unitary Enterprise with the absolute capital of JSC Belmagistralyavtotrans where the rolling stock of joint stock company was given and which within joint stock company specializes only in transportations of complete loads was founded.

2008

Since March 19, 2008 based on automobile repair shops of JSC Belmagistralyavtotrans the Volvo service station authorized by Volvo Truck Corporation company began to function. The specified service station is the only authorized service station in structure of Ministry of Transport and Communications to Republic of Belarus a quality management system of maintenance and which repair of cargo vehicles conforms to requirements of STB ISO9001-2001.

2012

Service station on repair of semi-trailers - one of master stations in the Belarusian market of service of the hook-on equipment. In 2012 it is considerable 123rasshiren a range of the serviced brands thanks to signing of the contracts on service partnership with producers and about direct deliveries of spare parts. Now JSC Belmagistralyavtotrans - the service partner and the dealer selling spare parts of producer companies of semi-trailers "Kogel", "Krone", "Schmitz", "Schwarzmuller", producers of brake systems "Wabco", "Knorr-Bremse", producers of axial units "BPW", "SAF", the official importer of Bergkraft spare parts. In 2012 rendering services in safe custody of loads and warehouse logistics the new, third, warehouse body of JSC Belmagistralyavtotrans began. In May of the current year section on editing of frames began to render services. The latest Swedish equipment "Josam", employees is installed

This year rendering services in installation of conditioners on trucks is also begun. Transportation process did not do without upgrade. In 2012 together with child to the enterprises 50 units of new vehicles are purchased, the percent of updating of the park was 24%.
