According to the Vedomosti newspaper, the deal to transfer 51% of Berahim's shares was closed on January 11, 2023. The seller was Natalya Belaya - the wife of Pyotr Beliy, the founder of the Promomed Group of Companies. At the same time, the other two co-owners of Berakhim - the founder of the company Yevgeny Chertorizhsky and the general director Irina Aksenova - retained their shares, amounting to 40% and 9%, respectively.

It is noted that the consolidation of Berahim's assets will allow Promomed to expand its opportunities to bring innovative products to the market. The range of the group includes more than 250 drugs, 80% of which are included in the list of vital and essential products. Over 100 new products are at different stages of development and registration. Promomed is one of the Russian leaders in the production of drugs for the treatment of COVID-19. In addition, the company is actively developing the direction of funds for weight regulation.[1]
