The center the blockchain competences and digital transformation organized by Vnesheconombank - the Russia's first specialized center for implementation of blockchain technologies in the field of public administration and state corporations which integrated competences for implementation a blockchain projects in the most different directions of business and technologies: from cryptography and before monitoring of supply chains. In the territory of more than 5 thousand sq.m representations and offices over 20 companies among which there are Ethereum, Bitfury, Waves, E&Y, PwC and many others are located.

The competence center a blockchain and digital transformation the "Blockchain commune" created by Vnesheconombank became the resident of Crypto Valley, the largest world center of development of blockchain technologies, and the participant of independent association Crypto Valley.

Within cooperation it is supposed to perform bilateral exchange of experience, first of all in the field of the regulyatoriki of all cryptoeconomy. Also integration of the Russian partners into educational programs of Crypto Valley, for example in the context of training in future professions which appear with development of blockchain technologies is planned.

The parties also consider the possibility of technology collaboration between expert commands of both countries. Specialists of the Russian center will get acquainted with the best world practices to apply them in Russia, and residents of Crypto Valley will get support for an entry into the perspective Russian market with high domestic demand.

According to analysts "Blockchain commune", in 2017 the domestic companies attracted using ICO $390 million whereas the world volume of the funds raised on ICO in 2017 was $1.2 billion.
