2024: Opening of shopping and entertainment center

Investments in the construction of the second line of the Brosko Mall shopping and entertainment center in Khabarovsk amounted to ₽11,5 billion, the object officially opened on December 9, 2024. The twelve-story building with a height of 62.6 meters is connected to the first stage of the complex and has a separate entrance from Pionerskaya Street. The architectural solution was developed by Blank.

The partner and director of strategic projects of the bureau Blank , Petr Fonfara, stressed that the opening of Brosko Volna was a landmark event for the region, creating a new center of attraction with a variety of functions for visitors.

Brosko Volna Water and Health Complex includes 13 swimming pools, 15 bath rooms and saunas of various formats. The total length of water routes exceeds 300 meters. There is a phyto bar, salt room and collagenarium for visitors.

From the sixth to the eleventh floor there are Ruma hotel rooms and a conference room. On the top floor there is a restaurant with 240 seats with a terrace. Two pools for rest are located on the operated roof.

The facades of Brosko Mall are decorated with aluminum composite panels in silver, gray shades and red gold. The infrastructure of the complex includes parking for 900 cars.

The shopping gallery includes boutiques of brands first presented in the Far East. Facilities inside the complex are opening gradually, the launch of terraces on the roof is scheduled for the summer season.

The architectural concept of the project is based on the idea of ​ ​ a golden nugget, formed under the influence of water, wind and sunlight. The two volumes of the complex are combined by an area of, and the materials and graphical division of the facades reflect the continuity of the two phases of construction.^[1]
