2025: Carrying out IPO and raising $1.1 billion with an estimate of $5.4 billion

The Cayman Islands-listed Bullish cryptocurrency exchange raised $1.1 billion in an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). This was announced in August 2025 by the company. Bullish sold 30 million shares at $37 apiece. The valuation of the entire company as part of the IPO was $5.41 billion. Its shares will start trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol BLSH. The deal provides for a 30-day additional placement option for 4.5 million securities.[1]

2021: Set up company to launch cryptocurrency exchange

Block. one, a software company and a group of well-known investors, announced on May 10, 2021, the launch of a new subsidiary of Bullish Global with a capitalization of $10 billion.

Bullish Global will focus on the planned 2021 launch of Bullish, a new cryptocurrency exchange based on. blockchain

Bullish will use EOSIO and the EOS blockchain platform to create a cryptographically validated, provable and unaltered audit trail of all transactions processed on the Bullish platform. Thus, the company will be the first to provide external verification of the integrity of the platform for trading and asset management.

Investors include Peter Thiel Alan Howard, Louis Bacon, Richard Lee, Mike Novogratz, Christian Angermayer, and the Galaxy Digital bank. Nomura
