History

2021: Loss of microfinance organization status

Since March 4, 2021, the Joint-Stock Company "Business Development Agency and Microcredit Company" has lost the status of a microfinance organization due to the exclusion from the state register of microfinance organizations on its own application. The functions of the microfinance organization were transferred from ARBMKK JSC to the autonomous non-profit organization Krasnoyarsk Regional Business Development Center and Microcredit Company (ANO KKCRBMKK, registration date in the register March 16, 2021).

2017: Renamed "Business Development Agency and Microcredit Company"

On February 16, 2017, the agency was renamed the Joint-Stock Company "Business Development Agency and Microcredit Company."

Krasnoyarsk Territory, represented by the Agency for State Property Management in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, is the only shareholder of the Agency for Business Development and Microcredit Company JSC, which has a 100% stake in the authorized capital.

The main activities of the Agency are financial support within the framework of the state program "Microfinance," the provision of guarantees when receiving loans, export support, procurement support, consulting and mentoring (June 2017).

2009: Creation of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Agency for Support of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses

The agency has been operating since May 2009. The joint-stock company "Krasnoyarsk Regional Agency for the Support of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses" was created in order to assist business entities in attracting investments, receiving educational, consulting and information support in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
