2025: The opening of a new plant for the production of cable and conductor products in the Moscow region. Invested in it ₽500

The Cable Systems and Technologies company has launched a new plant for the production of cable equipment based on the Korolev Technopark in the Moscow Region. This became known in February 2025. The volume of investments in the creation of production exceeded ₽500 million.

According to "Made with us," the company specializes in the development of modern electrical heating systems used in tanks, pipelines and on the roof of industrial facilities. The launch of a new plant will allow the company to double production volumes.

According to the production plan for 2025, the company intends to manufacture 200 electrical heating control systems, more than 30 thousand fasteners for the heating cable, as well as at least 5 thousand explosion-proof terminal boxes and the same number of heating sections.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region stressed the importance of launching new production for the development of the industrial potential of the region and import substitution in the field of cable and conductor products.

The new enterprise, located on the territory of the Korolev technopark, became part of the program for the development of high-tech industries in the Moscow region.

The products will be used in various industries where high-reliability electrical heating systems are required. Special attention is paid to the production of explosion-proof equipment in demand at hazardous production facilities.

The opening of the plant will allow not only to increase the production volumes of the existing product line, but also to expand the range of manufactured products due to new technological capabilities.^[1]

2023: Construction of Heating Cable Plant

In mid-December 2023, it became known about the construction of a heating cable plant in Korolev near Moscow. This is a project of the Cable Systems and Technologies company, about 500 million rubles have been invested in it.

The new enterprise plans to manufacture cable products, low-voltage complete devices and cable-carrying systems. The commissioning of the plant is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. The area of ​ ​ the enterprise exceeds 1 thousand square meters. m, more than 20 jobs will be involved in its work, said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

'Cable systems and technology'builds heating cable plant in Korolev

The company was created on the territory of the Korolev Technopark, the management company of which is the Moscow Region Development Corporation (KRMO). With the launch of the new enterprise of the Korolev Technopark, the Cable Systems and Technologies company plans not only to increase capacity, but also to launch the production of new types of cable products, which will also be used to heat tanks, pipelines and roofs of industrial enterprises.

By the end of 2023, Cable Systems and Technologies is engaged in the production of products for industrial electrical heating for further installation at fuel and energy complexes throughout Russia, as well as at metallurgical plants, fuel terminals, shipbuilding complexes, mining and chemical enterprises and other facilities. The company's production base is located in Chelyabinsk. There is also a design bureau and a certified electrical measurement laboratory. In 2023, the company passed the examination of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and was included in the "List of manufacturers of industrial products produced in the Russian Federation."^[2]
