2026: Launch for 200 million rubles of production of absorbent linen for medicine

At the end of December 2025, in the special economic zone (SEZ) "Technopolice Moscow," the production of absorbent linen for social institutions of the capital was launched at the Rudnevo site. Investments in the organization of production amounted to 200 million rubles.

The project to produce these products, necessary to meet the physiological needs of the body, is being implemented under an offset contract between the Moscow government and CamillaMed. Under the terms of the agreement, the city undertakes to purchase an average of 39 million products annually for ten years. This is the city's second offset contract with this company. The first agreement is valid from 2023.

In Moscow, for 200 million rubles, launched the production of absorbent linen for medicine

Moscow Anatoly Garbuzov, head of the investment and industrial policy department, notes that the offset contract mechanism has become an effective tool for industrial development. Offset offices made it possible to launch ten new industries in Moscow, eight of which supply medicines, medical products and baby food to social institutions.

The total volume of investments in the implemented industrial offset projects exceeded 25 billion rubles. According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov, in 2025 the city signed eight such contracts with a total investment of at least 4.3 billion rubles for the modernization and organization of production.

According to the SEZ of the Russian Federation, since 2017, the Moscow government has concluded 36 offset contracts. They provide for the supply of a wide range of goods - not only medical products, but also improvement elements, equipment for electric vehicles and elevator systems. The total volume of purchases under these long-term agreements will exceed 734 billion rubles. Projects will create more than 9 thousand new workplaces[1]
