2021: AliveCor bought CardioLabs

In early June 2021, the manufacturer of portable ECG gadgets AliveCor acquired a developer of medical technologies CardioLabs and its services for monitoring and diagnosing the heart. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

AliveCor acquired CardioLabs

AliveCor Serves as the Customer Service Manager for CardioLabs Medical Facilities in the United States and plans to attract new customers to this service in the coming months. Previous clients will CardioLabs retain access to mobile cardiac telemetry, cardiac event monitoring, routine and advanced Holter monitoring. In the long term, AliveCor also intends to make its wireless six-pin cardiomonitor without patches KardiaMobile 6L available to customers. CardioLabs

It is worth noting that in May 2021, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) launched an investigation into the alleged violation of three patents. AliveCor The company filed a lawsuit in April, alleging patent infringement by Apple, which integrated the stolen electrocardiography technology into its Apple Watch tracker. AliveCor also filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against Apple, alleging that Apple's monopolistic behavior harmed the company AliveCor and other rival firms, as well as their patients and users.[1]
