2026: Lukoil enters into agreement with Carlyle to sell foreign assets
On January 29, 2026, Lukoil announced an agreement with the American investment company Carlyle on the sale of foreign assets. The parties agreed to transfer Lukoil International GmbH, which owns the group's foreign assets. Read more here.
