At the offices Caspian Development Bank (before Kövsər Bank) located in Baku, clients can receive and send money transfers according to the CONTACT system more than to 170 countries of the world. A transfer is made in US dollars, euro and rubles. A rate for implementation of transfers to the CIS countries – 1% of amount of transfer less than 6500 dollars, 5000 euros, 200.000 rubles; 65 dollars when translating over 6500 dollars; 50 euros if amount of transfer is equal or more than 5000 euros; 2000 rubles if amount of transfer is over 200.000 rubles. At the same time on sending money in the Republic Azerbaijan and also to Uzbekistan the flat fare of 1.2% of the amount works. Cost of translation to foreign countries averages 3%.

It is possible to send transfers according to the CONTACT system from offices Caspian Development Bank cash, payment by transfer to the account the bank account of the receiver in Russia, the countries of Europe, the USA, Turkey, India, Vietnam, etc. The current status of transfer of CONTACT is available using SMS informing or on the system website. It is possible to send money transfer of CONTACT from Russia to Azerbaijan in System points – departments and offices of its participants, cellular shops, payment terminals and also from accounts of mobile operators. With connection of Caspian Development Bank to network of the CONTACT system in Azerbaijan its infrastructure of service reached 1400 points located on all in the country.
