Center of component technologies of robotics and mechatronics of the University Innopolis (Competence center of NTI)

Competence center of NTI — engineering and educational consortium which purpose is training of specialists of an engineering profile for work with modern technologies and also carrying out scientific research for the purpose of implementation in production and products output to global market. The main objectives of the centers — broadcast of results of fundamental science in engineering applications, a technology transfer through cooperation with industrial partners, training of leaders of development of technologies through implementation of educational programs.

The consortium of the center under the direction of the University Innopolis included 16 leaders of universities of the country, 5 applied academic institutes, 7 foreign partners from France, China, Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Norway and 16 industrial partners. Among them there are MIPT, ITMO, the HSE, DVFU, IPPI RAN, IMASh RAN, Gazprom, Sberbank, Aeroflot, IMT Atlantique (France) and Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (China).

The center is engaged in development of industrial and collaborative robotics, creation of robotic solutions for medicine and rehabilitation, at home, of agriculture, development of humanoid and multilegged legged robots, pilotless flying and land transport.
