2023: Investing 415 million rubles in the creation of the center
In mid-June 2023, VladMiVa announced the investment of 415 million rubles for the construction of the Center for Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery in Belgorod. The cooperation agreement was signed by Deputy Governor of the Belgorod Region Dmitry Gladskikh and Group Director General Vladimir Chuev.
According to Kommersant, the Center for Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery in Belgorod involves the creation of 48 workplaces. It is also planned that medical specialists will be able to carry out operations rare for the region to eliminate injuries and their consequences, remove tumors, as well as restore various disorders in patients. According to Vladimir Chuev, participants in a special military operation and residents of the region in the medical center under the Compulsory Medical Insurance (Compulsory Medical Insurance) policy will be provided with free medical care.
According to the government of the Belgorod region, the investment project should contribute to the development of the medical services industry in the region. According to the business plan for the project, the construction of the center will begin in 2024, and already in 2027 the medical center should receive the first patients.

The company was registered in Belgorod in 2017 with an authorized capital of 1.3 million rubles. 51% of the company's share belongs to Vladimir Chuev, 20% to Sergei Krivoshapov, 19% to Maria Chueva, and 10% to Andrei Buzov (by June 2023).[1]
