Center for Traffic Management of the Tver Region

The State State Institution of the Tver Region "Center for Traffic Management" (until 31.10.2018 "Center for Information Protection"), the subject and purposes of the Institution's activities are:

• Provision of works on the construction (development) implementation of the Safe City hardware and software complex in the Tver region;
• Ensuring the development and operation of special technical means operating in automatic mode for fixing violations of traffic rules that have the functions of photo-film shooting, video recording or photo-film shooting, video recording, on roads in the Tver region, including ensuring the organization of communication services for data transmission between video surveillance systems (complexes) and a monitoring center, electricity services;
• Provision of maintenance of complexes, technical support hardware-program automatic photo-video recording complexes of traffic violations on the balance of the Institution and the Founder;
• Ensuring the functioning of specialized parking lots of vehicles detained for traffic violations, the storage of such vehicles, payment for the cost of their movement and storage, as well as the return of their owners.

On behalf of the Tver region, the functions of the founder of the Institution are carried out by the Main Directorate of Regional Security of the Tver Region and the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tver Region in accordance with their powers.
