Center for Youth Initiatives, Belgorod

The regional state budgetary institution "Center for Youth Initiatives" (OGBU "TsMI") was established on April 1, 2002. The purpose of the Center's activities is to implement the main directions of the state youth policy, implement comprehensive social assistance to young people in the Belgorod region, provide employment and information, organize leisure activities, provide psychological, legal and other assistance to young people, ensure their basic civil rights and freedoms. The functions and powers of the founder on behalf of the Belgorod region are carried out by the Department of Internal Policy of the Belgorod Region (Order of the Government of the Belgorod Region dated March 9, 2021 No. 101-rp).
