JSC Centre tekhnologii sudostroyeniya i sudoremonta represents multi-profile scientific-industrial complex today. In its structure - research laboratories, design and project divisions on creation and upgrade of ship-building shipyards, ship-repair plants, hydraulic engineering constructions and machine-building productions, ensuring coastal basing of marine facilities, designing and production of a ship armature and other systems, design of courts for the fishery and overworking fleet, special purpose courts and also necessary production capacities for production and release of the created technology equipment. Specialists of JSC TsTSS the new technology processes and means of technology equipment for a broad spectrum of production operations allowing to change cardinally conditions and the nature of ship-building production, to increase labor productivity on shipyards are developed and are implemented. In the organization there are divisions providing international relations, marketing, advertizing and publishing. JSC Centre tekhnologii sudostroyeniya i sudoremonta publishes the trade magazine "Sudostroyeniye" and the research and production annual collection "Messenger of Technology of Shipbuilding".

JSC Centre tekhnologii sudostroyeniya i sudoremonta has wide scientific and technical and economic relations with many countries of the world, with different foreign scientific centers and firms, participates in the largest international exhibitions, the congresses and symposiums
