History

2019: A.T. Kearney purchased Cervello

In January, 2019 the consulting company A.T. Kearney announced Cervello acquisition, but did not begin to open a financial component of the transaction. Thanks to this purchase of A.T. Kearney she intends to expand opportunities in the field of analytics and management of data processing.

After accomplishment of all formalities concerning Cervello sale, the company will work under the name of Cervello, an A.T. Kearney company.

The managing partner and the chairman of the board of directors of A.T. Kearney Alex Liu said that data take the key place in work with clients, and Cervello will help two companies to develop jointly even more reliable tools and individual solutions.

For us will also use extremely important the checked capabilities of Cervello to develop the "advancing" solutions and managed services which will provide value for our clients after accomplishment of a task for a long time — Liu told.

According to the head of Cervello Scot MacGillivray, work with A.T. Kearney as the uniform company will help to increase influence on activity of clients by increase in a global scope of Cervello and organic integration of Cervello technology with examination of A.T. Kearney.

By the beginning of 2019 A.T. Kearney provides consulting services by means of 3600 employees in 40 countries. Three quarters of the companies from the Fortune Global 500 list and also government and non-profit organizations are among clients.^[1]
