Rendering the advisory, diagnostic and medical help to patients with cardiovascular diseases and to persons with the increased cardiovascular risk directed by local therapists, general practitioners (family doctors) and also offices of medical prevention, offices of pre-medical control of clinics, offices of medical care of the enterprises and organizations;

Dispensary observation and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular diseases:

• in the first 12 months after the postponed myocardial infarction;
• with arterial hypertension 3 degrees refractory to therapy;
• in the first 12 months after surgical and intervention treatment of cardiac vascular diseases;
• after hospital treatment concerning zhizneugrozhayushchy forms of violations of a warm rhythm and conductivity, including with

the implanted artificial driver of a rhythm and a kardioverterom-defibrillator (for life);

• having heart diseases and large vessels;
• in the first 12 months after the statement from a hospital concerning an infectious endocarditis;
• having primary pulmonary hypertensia;
• having chronic aneurysm of an aorta;
• in the first 12 months after a thrombembolia of a pulmonary artery;
• having chronic heart failure of the IV functional class;
• having the III-IV functional class of stenocardia and being in working-age.
