2023: Construction of 2 million square meters. m of real estate for 400 billion rubles
On November 9, 2023, it became known that approximately 2 million square meters of real estate would be erected on the territory of the City-2 complex, which will appear near the Moscow City business center. Investments in the project are expected to amount to at least 400 billion rubles.
Pavel Tyo, founder of the developer Capital Group, which is responsible for the implementation of projects in City-2, told the Vedomosti newspaper that 11 plots fall under the development. We are talking about the former quarter of the 804th microdistrict of Kamushki. As part of the project, Capital Group and the City Hall in 2020 formed a joint company called City-2. As part of this structure, the mayor's office owns a share of 60%, and Capital Group owns the remaining 40%. According to Cho, it is planned to develop the plots allocated for the City-2 complex, including with partners.

On the territory of "City-2" it is planned to build several buildings up to 400 m high. A square meter of residential premises in this complex at the construction stage can cost 700-800 thousand rubles. Commercial real estate prices will amount to about 600 thousand rubles per square meter. The territory is limited by TransTeleCom, st. Antonova-Ovseenko, 1st and 2nd Krasnogvardeisky passages. Construction work under the project is scheduled to begin in 2024.
In May 2023, a complex of three Capital Towers residential skyscrapers near the Moscow City business center received permission for commissioning. The buildings are located at Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, house 14A, buildings 1-3. Together with underground five-level parking, their area reaches 243 thousand square meters.[1]
