History
2020: A penalty in the amount of 200 thousand rubles for violation of epidemiological rules
At the end of July, 2020 the Petrograd court of St. Petersburg fined city hospital No. 31 for violation of epidemiological rules. In medical institution the doctor with the confirmed coronavirus of new type died, reported in the joint press service of courts of the city.
An inspection was carried out by nearly two months — from April to June, 2020. Following the results it became clear that physicians did not observe the mask mode though individual protection equipment was enough. Also the management of organization did not provide information on disinfection of ventilating channels.
In the analysis of medical records of the diseased it is established that at receipt the epidemiological anamnesis not in full gathered, namely, there are no data on visit by relatives of the patient of regions with an unsuccessful epidemiological situation — added in department. |
Besides, the hospital allowed to work of the 71-year-old manager of department of radiodiagnosis though it owing to age has to be transferred to a remote format. As a result detected COVID-19 in the doctor, he died.
The position of the management of organization is unknown. The court came to a conclusion about guilt of hospital and ordered to pay a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
Because of violation of sanitary standards from May to July, 2020 monetary punishments received not less than six medical institutions of St. Petersburg. So, on May 27 a fine of 100 thousand rubles awarded Scientific Research Institute of Emergency Medicine of I.I. Dzhanelidze. There within check detected employees without SIZ and also those who are masked, without closing a nose. The similar amount should be paid to City hospital No. 14. According to court's decision of June 1, patients of organization with the confirmed COVID-19 contacted to other patients.
By the end of July, 2020 in St. Petersburg more than 7 thousand employees of medical institutions caught a coronavirus.[1]
